All payments for pathology services are to be made in advance through our secure payment gateway (PhonePe). The amount payable includes service fees and applicable taxes.

5. Booking & Cancellation

Appointment bookings can be made online. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Your personal and medical information is kept confidential and is not shared without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lordsmark Micro Biotech is not liable for any damages or loss arising from delays, service interruptions, or inaccurate information provided by the user. Diagnostic results are for informational purposes and must be interpreted by a qualified medical professional.
